Tanzania seems to be attracting all the right people in the recent past, just a few days after the historic visit by US president Barack Obama, the country will be graced with the presence of the world’s second biggest talk show sensation, Oprah Winfrey, who will be on a personal visit.
According to the Tanzanian ministry of tourism, Oprah will visit the Serengeti National Park which shares the wildebeest migration with Kenya’s Masai Mara.
According to our Tanzanian partners, Bongo5.com, Oprah has a tight schedule and while we are not aware of any plans to visit Kenya, it could be a great boost to the tourism industry. Meanwhile, Tanzania will be enjoying more of these visits as the American investment seems to be targeting Tanzania as their East African choice.
