FANYA HIVI
1·  Osha na roweka mchele usiku mzima ndani ya maji baridi.
2·  Mimina vifaa vyote isipokuwa sukari , ndani ya mashine ya kusagia (blender) na usage mpaka mchele uwe laini.
3·  Mimina ndani ya bakuli na ufunike.Weka mahali penye joto ili mchanganyiko ufure.
4·  Ukishafura , mimina sukari na changanya vizuri.Ongeza maziwa kidogo kama mchanganyiko ni mzito.
5·  Weka chuma kipate moto.
6·  Paka mafuta au samli kidogo kwenye chuma kisha mimina mchanganyiko kiasi kuunda duara na ufunike.
7·  Utazame ikishaiva upande mmoja , geuza upande wa pili mpaka iwe tayari.

8·  Endelea Mpaka umalize mchanganyiko wote; panga kwenye sahani na tayari kuliwa.
