JALI AFYA YAKO: KULA MCHEMSHO WA VIAZI NA SAMAKI

Watu wengi tunapenda kula mikaangizo kwani tunasikilizia utamu wa chakula na hatujali kama tunachokula kinaathari gani ktk afya zetu.Ki afya ni vizuri kula vyakula vya kuchemsha bila kuongeza mafuta ya kula.Tujaribu kuepuka mafuta katika chakula,chumvi nyingi na sukari.Tule zaidi mboga za majani na matunda bila kusahau kunywa maji mengi badala ya soda.Pjchani ni mchemsho wa samaki, viazi na mbogamboga.JALI AFYA YAKO KWA KULA VIZURI KWANI MIKAANGO SIYO DILI.
